Support

In this section we will go trough the different ways to reach out for support, which every active premium license owners are eligible for. We strive to answer the ticket within 24 hours, and strive to have a solution for the problem within 72 hours - in some cases, where it seems to be a bug that is causing the issue we will push the fix either as a hotfix or in the nearest upcoming update.

Every active premium user is eligible for support, which means that if you have an active license a link to "Support" will appear on your account page.

Creating a ticket

From the Support submenu page on your account page you will have the ability to either create or view tickets, and for creating a ticket you simply click the create ticket button, which then brings you to a page with a form, in which you can post your ticket.

After your ticket has been posted you will be returned to an overview over your current tickets.

Viewing my tickets

From the Support submenu page on your account page you will have the ability to either create or view tickets, and for viewing tickets you simply click the view tickets button, which will bring you to a screen with an overview of your current tickets.

In the new screen you will have a menu on the left, where you can find all of your tickets. When you choose on of the tickets, then that specific one will will spawn on the right side of the screen.

To view a single ticket, all you have to do is click the box of the ticket and it will spawn into view right away.

Answering a ticket

From the Support submenu page on your account page you will have the ability to either create or view tickets, and for viewing tickets you simply hit the view tickets button, which will bring you to a screen with an overview of your current tickets.

In the new screen you will have a menu on the left, where you can find all of your tickets. When choosing a ticket, it will spawn on the right side of the screen.

To view answer a single ticket, all you have to do is click the box of the ticket and it will spawn into view right away - after that you can scroll to the bottom and write your response in the text field.

When that has been done you can simply click "Send" and it will update the screen.
